A PERFECT WEDDING for JOANNA & CHRIS at ST. ANDREW’S CHURCH, BX

On Friday 29 August, Joanna and Chris made their wedding vows in a fairytale ceremony at St. Andrew’s Church, Bromley Cross.

Joanna says: “Such a perfect day. It was fantastic! It was just so lovely and everyone at St. Andrew’s were so helpful.” 🥰

Reverend Hannah Lane, former Team Curate – now Vicar of Bolton – officiated at the wedding ceremony.

Joanna’s elder son, Edward played them in: Yiruma, ‘River flows in you’ and, during the service, daughter Evie and Grandad Barrie performed ‘The Prayer’ by Celine Dion and Andrea Bocelli, accompanied by Steve Martin. Younger son Jude did a reading called ‘What is a family’ by Marin McKay.

Joanna adds: “And  having almost lost Dad to covid, I surprised him in our service by playing piano for him; ‘Heaven can Wait’ by Jim Steinman. It was so perfect. The people at St. Andrews couldn’t do enough and they decorated the church beautifully Special thanks to Grace for the beautiful flowers x“
