Over 30 people attended the first Hush Before the Rush event in the parish held at St. Andrew’s Church on Sunday 16 November.
We were treated to an amazing wreath demonstration by Jo, followed by hands on creative craft activities by Katie and Gwen. The afternoon included cake and refreshments – served beautifully by Janet, Gwen & Katie – and was concluded by a brilliant Sing-a-long of seasonal music provided by the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday ‘Singing with Friends’ groups
Thank you to everyone who organised, helped and attended to make it a fabulous afternoon.
And “Thank you” to Revd Angie Foster for creating this opportunity for a lovely, companionable, relaxed afternoon … before the RUSH!! St. Andrew’s was the perfect warm, welcoming venue.
