An EXCELLENT EVENING at our WALMSLEY PARISH DINNER DANCE

What a fabulous evening spent with friends at Springbank Manor, Darwen on Friday 13 March: great company, tasty food, excellent service and wide selection of music played by Paul Dobie to dance the night away …

Congratulations to Patrick Kearney, who organised and masterminded the event … and to Sandra Morris, who beautifully wrapped the generous donations for the extensive raffle. Also to Jo Clark-Coote who created the stunning table decorations.

Thank you to Rev’d Ian Hepburn for the pre-dinner joke and the Grace + to Ken Holt for giving the loyal toast.

Plus – of course – a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who came along to support this fund-raising event !!

The heads and tails game was deservedly won by our Team Rector’s lovely MiL, Elaine.

And the Dancing Queen of the evening was our very own Brenda Coote 🙂
